Where do I start?
Please get in touch with us in the earliest stage of your process as possible – this will allow us to ensure that the process goes as smoothly as possible. We can assist in all steps of the process, from logo design and brand development all the way through to signage installation.
Do you offer design and artwork services?
Yes. We can create new designs from scratch, adapt existing artwork, or prepare print-ready files.
Can I see through window graphics from the inside?
Yes, if we use “one-way vision” film. This allows occupants to see out clearly during the day while displaying full graphics to those outside. Note: visibility may invert at night if interior lights are brighter than the street.
Do you offer temporary or seasonal signage?
Yes. We supply “easy-peel” and removable vinyls perfect for seasonal sales, pop-up shops, or short-term event campaigns. These are designed to be removed quickly without leaving adhesive residue behind.
Will installation or removal damage the surface?
No. When vinyl is correctly applied over sound surfaces (like factory vehicle paint or cured wall paint) and removed correctly, there should be no damage. We assess surface quality beforehand and advise if repairs are needed prior to installation.
Can you remove my old signage or graphics before starting?
Yes. We offer a full “strip and prep” service. We can professionally remove old vinyl, decommission old lightboxes, and responsibly dispose of or recycle old materials so your new branding has a perfectly clean surface.
How do I clean and maintain my signs or wraps?
Use hand washing with pH-neutral soap and a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive brushes, harsh chemicals, and high-pressure water blasters (especially near the edges of vinyl graphics). We provide specific care instructions with every completed job.
What happens if my sign or graphics get damaged?
Because we keep all your digital artwork on file, we can quickly produce and apply repairs, ensuring your signage always looks its best. Drop us a line or send through a photo of the damage, and we’ll get it sorted.
Important: If the damage has created a potential hazard, please contact us immediately. We will mobilize as quickly as possible to secure the signage and restore safety.
